Do you offer any type of discount for certain periods of the year?Yes we sure do! If your wedding date is off-peak between October 31 and April 30, you save 40%
How far in advance should we reserve a date with your photographer?
After speaking to several wedding coordinators and previous clients, most brides prefer to hire a photographer
within 12 months of the wedding date. Our studio will never double-book a date so you never have to worry about
not having the same person you meet with.
Do you shoot with 35mm film or digital?
We shoot 100% digital using highest megapixel professional Canon & Nikon digital SLR cameras and lenses.
What style of photography do you offer?
Our unique mix of photographic styles including candid, documentary, and traditional portraiture captures your wedding
story as it unfolds, immortalizing life and love by capturing real emotion and the heart and soul of the human spirit. While
we do shoot family portraits, we prefer to limit posed formals during the reception allowing you to experience the wonderful
moments interacting with your friends and family while we go about preserving your memories in a documentary style.
Can we make our own prints with the digital images?
Yes, you absolutely can! We give you the rights to make your own prints.
What is the advantage of having two photographers at the wedding?
Having more than one photographer enables us to work more efficiently and effectively on your wedding day allowing us the
opportunity to capture the precious moments that unfold at your wedding that may otherwise go unnoticed.
Do you shoot in natural light or do you use flash?
We prefer to shoot outside in natural light whenever possible. If the amount of available light compromises the quality of your
images or when shooting indoors in dimly lit areas, we'll utilize supplemental lighting.
Do you design wedding albums or refer to a third party?
We can provide 20 - 40 page coffee table wedding albums upon request. We do refer brides to AlbumSource
if they need wedding albums. They offer an exceptional variety of albums at reasonable prices.
Why do print prices vary greatly from one studio to the next?
It depends on a number of variables of which the most important is quality. All of our images are printed at a professional
lab preferred by numerous professional photographers across the country. Our print prices do include color correction,
basic retouching, and a protective finish to prevent damage caused by fingerprints and harmful UV exposure.
If I reserve a package this month, will that price ever change for any reason?
The price is locked on the date you sign our contract and pay the deposit. Even if our rates slightly increase
in the months thereafter, the price will not change unless you change your package.
When and how are payments due?
A $300 deposit is required when the contract is signed. The balance is due by the wedding date.
Is the deposit part of the package price?
Yes the deposit is subtracted from the total price. It reserves the date with the photographer.
How many pictures will be included with our package?
We shoot approximately 75 photos per hour per photographer
If my date changes, what happens to my contract and deposit?
If we're available on the new date to provide service, the contract can be modified and deposit
can be applied to the new date without penalty. But if we're not available, the contract will be
cancelled and you would receive any funds paid to Studio, less 50%.
Do you have a backup photographer in case of emergency?
Yes we always have a backup photographer on the day of the wedding in case of emergency.
Do you have a backup camera and equipment?
We always bring a backup for every piece of equipment including camera should anything unexpected happen
to our photography equipment or if anything becomes damaged by accident.
When do you shoot posed formals? How much time is required after the ceremony?
Posed formals are taken after the ceremony and we require 30 - 40 minutes to capture those photos. We prefer to shoot
the wedding party formals last to allow your family enough time to interact with guests and drive to the reception location.
How long before I receive my digital photos after the wedding?
Within 5 days we provide full resolution photos on CDs with rights to print
How long before the photos can be viewed on the web?
Within 10 days we provide a photo gallery online for easy viewing.
